Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Help us, help you get the correct item! In order to return or exchange Any Item please email us to receive the Refund/Exchange Form and fill in the appropriate information. You may email or fax it back to us for a return authorization number. The RA number must be printed on the returned box. Shipments which do not have an RA number printed on the outside of the box will be refused.It is always helpful to us if you will include a copy of the exchange/refund form. This will expedite the handling of your exchange or refund and assist us in taking the correct steps.
With few exceptions, we will gladly exchange items that are not soiled, do not smell and have not been worn or washed. New items should have the tags in place or included. We want you to have the right size! Items returned for a cash or credit card refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned for store credit or exchange are not charged a restocking fee. Shipping charges and sales tax will apply to all refunds or exchanges unless such exchange or refund is due to our error or a manufacturer's defect.
Items with monograms or names may not be returned or exchanged unless defective from the manufacturer. Items which have a manufacturer's defect must be returned within 30 days from the start of school or date of purchase, and will be replaced with the same size, style and color of item.
Items with a school logo which qualify to be exchanged as long as they are not soiled, have not been worn or washed, have the tags in place and are Knit or Oxford Shirts. These items with school logos will be exchanged for the same item, same color, same style in a different size only. These items with school logos may only be exchanged ONE time and within 30 days of purchase or 30 days from the start of school whichever applies to the date of purchase. Jackets, sweaters, sweatshirts, and accessories of any kind with a school logo or monogram may not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds or store credits will not be issued for items with a school logo or other monogramming or embroidery. We regret that items which have been altered (hemmed, shortened, tapered, etc.) are not returnable.
Layaway deposits and payments are non-refundable after 10 days.
Shipping is one of our biggest expenses and we try to keep it a low as possible to save our customers money. Size your child according to our measuring instructions and chances are you won't have to return anything. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries but once we get it right, we usually keep getting it right. Help us keep shipping costs down.
